My multidisciplinary art practice spans photography, light sculpture, video, sound, and public art programs. I refer to these mediums when examining themes of girlhood, womanhood, belonging, and ancestry. Having grown up in regional Australia, I often choose to create work on journeys through remote and personally significant settings.
My practice feels into the tensions of our current social context and acknowledges the many limitations we face when looking for authentic connection and equality. My work is a graceful interception with an aim of enriching the exchange between myself and the world around me.

Girls Have Stamina is a workshop that I developed to celebrates the fierceness of rural girls in regional communities. The program introduces participants between 10-12 years to the magic of analogue portraiture. Born in the regional and outback communities in Australia, I’ve worked directly with schools across NSW and with the Department of Education in the Northern Territory. The project saw me travel across 4 different states on a 7000km solo round trip of Australia. In 2022 Girls Have Stamina expanded into an international setting, where I worked with girls in Ireland and Scotland. I am very proud to say that the workshop has now had over 300 participants world-wide.
